In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality epoxy coatings and polishing concrete surfaces to achieve a durable, smooth, and aesthetically appealing finish. Your expertise will contribute to transforming raw concrete into polished masterpieces suitable for commercial, industrial, or residential spaces. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings and polish. Mix and apply epoxy resins with precision, following project specifications and safety guidelines. Operate power tools such as grinders, polishers, and mixers efficiently to achieve desired surface finishes. Install rebar or mesh reinforcement as needed for structural integrity before finishing processes. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements. Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and sealing surfaces for a flawless appearance. Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment safely during installation and finishing procedures. Collaborate with team members on renovation projects involving concrete restoration or hardscape features. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project deadlines. Skills Mechanical knowledge related to concrete equipment operation and maintenance. Construction estimating skills for planning project scope and material needs. Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and framing carpentry. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical instructions. Knowledge of various surface preparation techniques including plastering, stucco application, caulking, and flooring installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during restoration or renovation projects. Familiarity with metal stud framing, masonry work, welding, roofing basics, tile laying, and concrete pumping processes.
