Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Concrete Pro to join our dynamic construction team! As a Concrete Pro, you will be at the forefront of building durable, high-quality concrete structures that stand the test of time. Your expertise in concrete forming, finishing, and related construction techniques will help bring innovative projects to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, we perform excavation and concrete for high end custom homes in the bear lake area, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Duties Lay out homes driveways and patios Set up and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring proper alignment and stability for accurate pours Install rebar and metal reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints for structural integrity Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools, achieving smooth, level finishes Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project specifications accurately Perform heavy lifting and maneuver heavy equipment safely on-site during various phases of construction Conduct restoration work including stucco, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry to enhance finished surfaces Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete installation and finishing Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise execution of tasks Knowledge of excavation including ground preparation for concrete pours Skilled in using construction estimating techniques for material planning and project management Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely throughout the workday Valid commercial driver's license or ability to operate heavy machinery as required by project needs Join our team as a Concrete Pro where your expertise builds more than just structures — you build careers! Pay:

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
