Position OverviewThis company is seeking an experienced Travelling Concrete Superintendent to lead self-performed concrete operations across a multi-state project portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep field expertise, strong crew leadership, and a commitment to quality and safety on every pour.

ResponsibilitiesDirect all field operations on commercial and industrial concrete projects from mobilization through closeoutManage subcontractors, labor crews, and daily site activities to meet schedule and quality requirementsCoordinate concrete pours, formwork, reinforcing, flatwork, and finishing operationsEnforce safety standards and site compliance on all projectsCommunicate proactively with project managers and ownership on schedule, budget, and field conditionsOperate and oversee the use of advanced equipment, including laser-guided screeds, robotic survey tools, and ride-on finishing equipmentQualifications3+ years of concrete superintendent experience with self-performed workProficiency across flatwork, structural, slab-on-grade, tilt-up, and/or paving scopesWillingness and ability to travel and work on projects across multiple statesProven ability to lead crews and hold high standards in the fieldOSHA 30 preferred; ACI certification a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat's Offered$100K-$150K base (salary depends on experience)Per diem and travel coveredCompany investment in training, certifications, and equipmentCandidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application process!
