This role supports intake, pricing, and inventory processing operations. — perfect for someone who loves fashion, but also loves organization, detail, and operational flow . Consignment Specialists keep our inventory engine moving, and are responsible for ensuring accurate intake, pricing, and inventory processing.

This role reports to the Store Manager. This role does not have authority to hire, fire, or discipline employees. You'll love this role if you: Have a sharp eye for quality + authenticity Enjoy detailed work (systems, pricing, process) Can manage multiple priorities with accuracy + focus Communicate professionally with clients/consignors Responsibilities include: Intake processing (drop-offs, returns, contracts) Entering inventory + pricing in the system Supporting authentication workflow and timelines Organizing backstock and keeping intake areas clean + efficient Helping ensure inventory hits the floor quickly and correctly

Job Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs. Perks & Benefits (for eligible employees)

Commission:

Eligible employees may participate in a commission program based on individual sales and store performance. Commission plans are subject to applicable written agreements and may be modified in accordance with company policy and law.

Hourly Pay Range:

$1 8 -21 per hour (depending on experience and location). Overtime is paid in accordance with California law. This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for overtime, meal and rest breaks in accordance with California law.

Paid Training:

All required training is paid in accordance with applicable wage laws.

Holiday Pay Paid Sick Time:

"Paid sick time provided in accordance with California law.

Vacation Accrual:

Vacation or PTO benefits are available to eligible employees in accordance with company policy.

Performance Reviews:

Performance check-ins may occur periodically.
