We take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where every patient feels cared for from the moment they walk through the door. The Role We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to fill a dual-role position — supporting both the front desk and our clinical team in the back office. You'll be the first face our patients see and will also play an important hands-on role in their care throughout their visit. If you enjoy working directly with people and want to grow your skills in a clinical setting, this is the position for you. Front Desk Responsibilities Greet and check patients in and out with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar Verify insurance eligibility and assist with basic billing tasks Maintain a tidy, organized front desk and waiting area Communicate effectively with the doctor and clinical staff to keep the day flowing smoothly Back Office & Patient Care Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is clean, stocked, and ready Set up and assist patients with physiotherapy modalities including electrical muscle stimulation (EMS/TENS), ultrasound therapy, traction, and heat/cold therapy Monitor patients during modality application and ensure their comfort and safety Assist the doctor with patient flow between the front desk, therapy rooms, and adjusting areas Document modality sessions and relay relevant patient feedback to the doctor Maintain compliance with office protocols and patient confidentiality (HIPAA) What We're Looking For Prior experience in a chiropractic or medical office is a strong plus Familiarity with physiotherapy modalities or willingness to learn quickly Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued Comfortable with scheduling and practice management software (or eager to learn) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A team player who takes genuine pride in patient care and experience We Will Train the Right Person No chiropractic experience?
