Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid position located in Montgomeryville, PA for a Consumer Direct Loan Officer. The role involves assisting clients in acquiring Residential, Commercial, and Investment loans, assessing financial profiles, and navigating the loan origination process. Responsibilities include pre-qualifying applicants, managing applications, collaborating with underwriters, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Qualifications Expertise in Loan Origination and knowledge of industry best practices Experience in Finance, including understanding of financial documents and lending principles Proficiency in Underwriting and managing application processes Strong Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve performance goals Licensed to practice as a Loan Officer in PA, NJ, and CA (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
