Job Description We are partnering with a well-established commercial subcontractor to find a detail-oriented Construction Accountant to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and take pride in keeping complex projects financially on track — we want to hear from you. $68,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:

Prepare AIA pay requests and manage accounts receivable invoicing, including waivers, sworn statements, and tracking supplier and subcontractor backup documentation Process all contract projects, including AIA contracts and change orders Enter and maintain accurate job costing across all active projects Handle permit procurement and processing for all contract work Manage warranty procurement and processing Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing Solid background in general accounting and familiarity with accounting software Experience working with construction documents and OSI programs Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines in a project-driven environment If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
