Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our construction office and permit department. The ideal candidate will assist with paperwork, permit submissions, phone calls, scheduling, and general office duties. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist with permit application submissions to building and zoning departments Follow up with municipalities regarding permit status, corrections, and approvals Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally Organize and maintain project files, applications, and office records Support office staff with administrative and clerical tasks Schedule inspections, appointments, and meetings Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and paperwork preparation Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients as needed Assist with general office management and daily operations Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Construction office or permit-related experience is a plus Bilingual is a plus Schedule Monday to
Friday Pay:
$18.00 - $222.00 per hour
