We are seeking an Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative for our new New Jersey Warehouse to join our team. www.harvest-pack.com
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a communication bridge between office staff and warehouse team Process incoming orders through our e-commerce and fulfillment systems Perform light order picking, packing, and shipping when needed Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone and email Conduct inventory checks and assist with inventory tracking Support general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable with multitasking and learning new systems Prior office or customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon) a plus Experience with Netsuite is a plus
Qualifications:
Counting inventory using basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Detailed Oriented Organized Problem solver Ability to multitask & follow directions carefully
Self-motivated Confidentiality:
must be able to maintain department business with the utmost confidentiality Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment Bilingual a plus
Requirements:
High School education or higher Minimum of 2+ years experience in a position of leadership Knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing software, Inventory software, Internet, Spreadsheet, Word, and Order processing, preferred Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to work in order to meet attendance requirements
