Employees gain exposure to scheduling coordination, project documentation, vendor communication, and daily operational support while working alongside experienced project and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue building experience within construction administration or office support. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support daily office and project coordination activities for a busy construction operation. This role will assist project managers, field personnel, vendors, and office staff with administrative support, documentation management, scheduling coordination, and operational tracking. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to project managers and operations teams Maintain organized project files, spreadsheets, and documentation Assist with scheduling meetings, inspections, and appointments Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor paperwork Enter and update project information into internal tracking systems Coordinate communication between office staff, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and office coordination Support compliance paperwork and project-related documentation Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications 2+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred Construction industry exposure is a plus but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Details Pay range: $18•20/hour depending on experience Full-time 6-month contract assignment Potential for extension based on project needs and performance #
