Base Location:
South End Office (4729 Hwy 17 Bypass) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient office management, and accurate documentation within our construction projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep projects on track and support our team's success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving construction environment while honing your administrative skills. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble contract packages for custom home projects Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and project progress Coordinate build packages with homeowners and upload all documentation into dotloop Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all change orders for custom homes Track and monitor payments related to custom home builds On-site support at active construction projects to assist with coordination, communication, and progress tracking Local travel between job locations, including Conway, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown Travel to municipal offices and related agencies for building applications, permitting, and required documentation submissions Conducting site visits to inspect homes and verify project status Reporting site observations and inspection updates to supervisors in a clear and timely manner Interaction with vendors and attendance at meetings as needed to support project execution Ensure punch list items are completed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner, including follow-up with relevant parties Collect bids from vendors and subcontractors and assist in determining appropriate billing rates Submit and track ARB applications, ensuring timely approvals Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures Support employee organization by coordinating recurring tasks, assessments, and training schedules Utilize Builder trend for document management, scheduling, and invoicing Create and maintain job cost analysis reports to support project financial tracking Qualifications Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and homeowners experience with construction or real estate software platforms is a plus Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and financial tracking accurately Comfortable working in both office and field environments Valid driver's license in good standing is requiredPay:
