Job Summary HWH is seeking a Construction Administrative Coordinator who is responsible for accurately preparing and processing subcontracts and other project related data and to assist operations. Assist in supporting office functions, including meetings and employee gatherings, as needed by coordinating food and beverage requirements, vendor support, and supplies. Attends operation meetings as required. Assists in mailing, shipping and receiving requirements of office and/or jobsite. Performs miscellaneous tasks for Project Managers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1•3 years related experience Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to workplace safety and quality standardsApply Now:
