We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Construction & Maintenance to perform a variety of residential repair, installation, and light construction tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general residential construction, be adaptable to different job requirements, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair deck railings and similar exterior structures Install and maintain smoke detectors and basic home fixtures Repair and replace gutters and downspouts Perform small drywall repairs, patchwork, and interior painting Build small entry stairs and basic wooden structures as needed Handle general home maintenance and repair tasks Follow safety guidelines and complete tasks efficiently Adapt to different job requirements based on client needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of residential construction and home repair work Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to perform drywall, painting, and light carpentry work Understanding of basic building materials and construction methods Ability to work independently and solve on-site issues Physically able to perform construction-related tasks
