Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Perform various construction tasks including framing, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and tile laying. Assist with plumbing and electrical installations by following schematics and technical instructions. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes, quality standards, and project specifications. Install doors, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, flooring, and other fixtures with precision. Execute restoration work such as caulking, painting, masonry repairs, and hardscape enhancements. Support demolition or remodeling efforts by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations. Operate heavy equipment responsibly during site preparation or material transportation. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Proven experience in construction site environments with hands-on work across multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or concrete finishing. Familiarity with construction management processes including estimating, scheduling, and quality control. Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution. Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards. Experience operating power tools and heavy machinery safely on active sites. Ability to work effectively with a team while independently managing tasks with attention to detail.
