Construction Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support a fast-paced engineering and construction team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands contract lifecycle management, and enjoys working cross-functionally with project managers, vendors, and legal teams. •Must have recent construction contracts experience•

Pay:

$32-$40/hour

DOE Schedule:

Full-time Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and amendments for construction and engineering projects Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications Track contract milestones, deadlines, renewals, and deliverables Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, finance, legal) to ensure accurate contract execution Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and documentation Assist with bid packages, RFPs, and vendor agreements Monitor compliance with contract terms and resolve discrepancies as needed Support audits and reporting related to contract activity Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contract administration within construction, engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of contract terminology, compliance, and risk management Experience working with subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documentation Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and contract management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting construction or engineering project teams Familiarity with lien releases, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
