Construction Crew Member

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist contractor in framing, siding, decking, concrete and general residential remodeling. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles. Help set up scaffolding and other temporary structures as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety practices. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. A valid driver's license.
