Construction Intern

Job description Description The Construction Intern will support the Construction team in day-to-day job site operations and project execution. This role provides hands-on experience in high-end residential construction, site coordination, and craftsmanship standards. The intern will assist with a variety of field tasks while learning industry best practices and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Assist with general job site tasks to support construction team needs Participate in site activities to gain exposure to residential construction processes Support team members with a wide range of assignments as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and progress Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality Requirements Essential Qualifications Basic knowledge of construction practices Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment (OSHA knowledge a plus) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites Eagerness to learn high-end residential building standards and craftsmanship Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to take direction and follow instructions carefully Attention to detail and respect for quality workmanship Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed This position is ideal for a motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-end residential construction environment.
