Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Laborer, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that ensure safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help drive projects forward while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to prepare for pouring operations Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support framing, roofing, stucco, and drywall installation Load, unload, and organize materials such as metal studs, masonry supplies, tiles, and heavy equipment Follow blueprints and schematics to aid in framing, carpentry, and renovation tasks with precision Conduct heavy lifting and assist with concrete pumping to ensure smooth workflow on site Support demolition, restoration, and cleanup efforts to maintain a safe and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to operate heavy machinery like forklifts or other equipment as trained Follow safety protocols including caulking, plastering, tile laying, and metal stud framing procedures Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and hand tools confidently Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, pouring (including concrete mixers), and masonry techniques Proficient in framing carpentry—including trim carpentry—and metal stud framing methods Ability to perform roofing tasks such as shingle or membrane installation with attention to detail Familiarity with stucco application, caulking techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics during demanding tasks Experience operating heavy equipment like forklifts or cranes (if certified) for material handling Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment to job sites Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction!
