This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to residential projects. As a Construction Laborer, you will provide general support to the team, helping them with essential tasks to keep projects moving forward. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up clean work spaces (tarps, plastic, tape etc) Support flooring installation, tile laying, painting, and other specialized trades as needed Assist with demolition or renovation work Ready to transport tools and materials when needed Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday. Knowledge of various hand tools, power tools Strong work ethic Valid driver's license is necessary Willingness to learn new skills such as drywall installation, caulking or trim carpentry. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a bonus. Prior experience on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or restoration is a bonus.
