We are the premier provider of heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality (including duct cleaning), electrical (including home generators), and plumbing (including water heaters and sewer and water line services) repair and replacement services. Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, along with exceptional communication and customer service skills. This role involves engaging with potential customers, assessing their HVAC needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Present and explain HVAC system options, features, and benefits to customers. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for HVAC installations and services. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales opportunities. Overcome technical and business objectives of prospective customers. Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce leads through targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Utilize social media platforms to promote HVAC products and services, engage with potential customers, and increase brand awareness. Create and share compelling content related to HVAC tips, promotions, and success stories on social media channels. Monitor social media interactions, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build a community around the brand. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in HVAC. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in HVAC technology, business, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field, preferably in a residential setting. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in sales. Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems; experience with social media marketing is highly desirable. Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug, background and motor vehicle check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
