Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your hands-on skills and proactive attitude will contribute to building durable structures and transforming blueprints into reality. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work zones for safety and efficiency Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to transport materials, tools, and equipment around the site Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support framing, concrete finishing, roofing, and other construction tasks Use heavy equipment such as water trucks and fire hoses Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery or at heights Assisting with undergound utility installations, which includes hand digging Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and basic machinery safely Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks Valid driver's license preferred for operating trucks or large equipment on-site Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with a postive attitude Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us in building quality structures while advancing your career in construction!
