Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools and power tools to aid in framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks Support rebar installation and concrete forming activities to ensure structural integrity Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper consistency and placement Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, or steel components Support masonry, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other finishing trades Assist with roofing, carpentry, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry tasks as needed Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators following safety protocols Conduct site cleanup and organize materials to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate tools and equipment effectively Construction estimating experience is a plus for understanding project scope and materials Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing, and concrete pumping techniques Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate task execution Experience with plastering, restoration work, or renovation projects is advantageous Ability to operate power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and caulking guns Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols Skilled in framing carpentry, metal stud framing, masonry, welding, and flooring installation Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and proper use of hand tools Valid commercial driver's license or ability to operate heavy equipment safely is preferred Join us in building quality structures while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment that values hard work and craftsmanship.
