What You'll Do Assist with site prep, demolition, material handling, and cleanup. Operate basic hand/power tools and follow directions from site leads. Load/unload materials; maintain a clean, safe jobsite. Support carpentry, concrete, roofing, and utility tasks, as needed. Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE. Must-Haves Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work sites. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow. Resume and professional references. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and may be subject to random testing as required by company safety policy and/or federal regulations. Nice-to-Haves Prior construction or field office experience. Familiarity with OSHA standards, safety compliance, and construction documentation.
