What We Are Looking For We are hiring for multiple positions, ranging from General Laborers to Experienced Installers .

The Main Work:

Primarily residential and commercial roofing and siding installations, alongside general construction labor.

Experience:

Experience in roofing, siding, or general carpentry is a major plus, but we will train the right person if you have a killer work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Hours & Schedule Current Status:

Hours are flexible and irregular to start. We need a strong crew to help us smash through our current backlog of booked projects.

The Goal:

As soon as we get the right team in place to handle production, ownership will transition to booking consistent, back-to-back projects. Our goal is to transition this crew to dependable, full-time hours in the very near future. What's In It For You?
