Job Title:

Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to perform interior demolition tasks. You will work on tearing down drywall, walls, and ceiling systems, as well as removing insulation, framing, and fixtures. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as hammers, pry bars, saws, and drills. Responsibilities Perform interior demolition tasks including tearing down drywall, walls, and ceiling systems. Remove insulation, framing, and fixtures. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently. Assist with debris removal and site cleanup. Load and unload materials and dispose of demolition debris properly. Follow all OSHA and job site safety requirements. Set up containment areas to control dust and protect surrounding spaces. Work around active or sensitive environments with school setting awareness. Assist skilled trades and supervisors as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency with construction, power tools, and hand tools. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, and climbing. Strong work ethic and reliability. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous construction or demolition experience preferred. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Truman, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
