Hours:

Full Time Days & Overnights Days Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturdays 12-hour shifts Overnights 7 days a week 12-hour shifts

Client Specifics:

Infant with trach, vent, and g-tube Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. Weekday Nights (Mon-Fri): +$1/hour Weekend Nights (Sat-Sun): +$2/hour Weekend Days (Sat-Sun): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
