Construction Laborer, Pay:

$18/hr. 📋 Overview Join our team this summer and help transform school buildings through renovation projects! We're looking for hardworking Construction Laborers to perform demolition, cleanup, and material handling on active commercial sites. 🔨 Responsibilities Demolition tasks : Remove walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and mechanical systems. Material disposal : Carry, load, and place debris into dumpsters. Site cleanup : Sweep, shovel, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Safety compliance : Wear steel toe boots and follow all safety rules. Team support : Work under site leads and forepersons to complete tasks on schedule. 💪 Requirements Physical strength : Lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Stamina :

Stand and walk for the full work shift. Tool use : Experience with shovels, brooms, and other basic tools. Comfort working in hot, physically demanding environments. Previous construction or demolition experience is a plus. 🏫 Work Environment Active commercial construction sites, primarily school renovations .

Typical hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Steel toe boots required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
