Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Step into a vital imaging role serving a dynamic environment that demands expertise and adaptability. Your skills as a Radiology Technologist/X-ray Tech will directly support high-quality patient care. We seek candidates with strong technical competence and a background in busy trauma settings, especially those comfortable with both general radiology and interventional procedures.
Schedule:
11:00 am - 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday 1:00 pm - 11:30 pm, every other weekend
Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist) Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience working in a level 1 or level 2 trauma environment Demonstrated proficiency in the Operating Room (OR); familiarity with orthopedic, neurological, and vascular cases highly preferred Previous work with digital imaging systems Ability to manage a fast-paced workflow and adjust to urgent situations
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality diagnostic radiographic images in accordance with clinical protocols Collaborate with medical teams, delivering timely and effective imaging support during trauma procedures and surgeries Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety standards, especially within the OR Ensure accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly for optimal patient care
