Construction Laborer

This position involves hands-on work assisting the foreman and crew with a variety of residential construction tasks. We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works well with others, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction labor including demolition, material handling, loading/unloading materials, and jobsite cleanup Assist foreman and crew with residential remodeling tasks Perform county dump runs and material pickups from local vendors/suppliers Operate hand and power tools safely and properly Help maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Follow instructions and work collaboratively with crew members Uphold safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year residential construction experience Working knowledge of basic carpentry and residential construction practices Must have a valid California Driver License Must be able to drive a truck with dump trailer Reliable transportation required Must have a reasonable amount of basic hand tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Dependable, punctual, and motivated Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must work well within a small crew environment

Schedule & Pay:

Monday - Friday Starting at $20/hr DOE Position includes a probationary period with opportunity for long-term employment for the right person
