Overview We looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our residential construction team. We work on remodels, additions, renovations, and other residential construction projects throughout the Galt, Lodi, Stockton, and Lathrop areas . We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to work, able to follow direction, and comfortable working in an active construction environment. This position is available to start immediately .

Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour starting , depending on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for pay increases based on demonstrated skills, performance, reliability, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.

Job Duties Include:

Assist with general residential construction and remodeling work Demo and jobsite cleanup Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials Assist carpenters and other trades as needed Use basic hand and power tools Help with framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and other general construction tasks as directed Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Pick up materials or supplies when needed Follow instructions from the foreman and project supervisor Perform other general labor duties associated with residential construction

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation to and from job locations Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing ladders, and working on your feet throughout the day Ability to safely lift approximately 50 lbs. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Able to follow directions and work well with a crew Must maintain a professional attitude while working in customers' homes and on occupied properties Construction experience is preferred, but we will consider someone with a strong work ethic who is willing to learn

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Typical daytime construction hours. Some scheduling may vary depending on the project.

Various residential job sites primarily throughout the Galt, Lodi, Stockton, and Lathrop areas.
