We are looking for dependable, hardworking Pool Construction Laborers to join our team. We specialize in swimming pool construction and are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on construction crew. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and reliable attitude. Responsibilities Assist with swimming pool construction and installation Perform excavation prep, cleanup, and general labor tasks Help with plumbing, concrete, and framing work Load and unload materials and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow crew instructions Requirements Construction or labor experience preferred Ability to perform physical outdoor work daily Reliable transportation/ Valid Drivers License Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available On-the-job training Opportunity for long-term growth

Pay:

$17.00 - $27.00 per hour
