Construction Laborer

Creative Concrete & Excavating, Inc. is looking for a dependable Laborer to join our grading crew. This position involves working outside on residential construction sites assisting with grading, cleanup, material handling, and general site work. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Experience in construction, grading, excavation, or site work is helpful but not required. Job Responsibilities Assist grading crews on residential construction job sites Perform general labor duties, including raking, shoveling, site cleanup, and moving materials Help prepare lots for grading and other site work Assist equipment operators and supervisors as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow company safety rules and job site requirements Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or job site problems to a supervisor Work outdoors in various weather conditions Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to work outside in Florida weather Must be able to lift, carry, shovel, rake, and perform physical labor throughout the day Must be willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team Construction or grading experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license is preferred Reliable transportation is required Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday, Saturdays optional Overtime available depending on workload and weather Pay Pay based on experience Opportunity for growth for someone willing to learn

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
