Speech Language Pathologist in Odessa, FL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current and valid state license or eligibility to obtain one as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred. Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students' IEPs. Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' educational goals.
