Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate power tools and hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and trowels to support various construction activities Prepare and set up construction sites by installing formwork, rebar, or scaffolding as directed by supervisors Support concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping operations to ensure durable and high-quality concrete applications Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements and assist tradespeople accordingly Perform demolition, renovation, or restoration tasks including plastering, stucco application, caulking, or trim carpentry Support specialized trades such as masonry, metal stud framing, roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, or welding as needed Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like excavation or material transport in compliance with safety protocols Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related manual labor roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of construction techniques including concrete forming, rebar installation, framing (wood and metal), and masonry practices Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to interpret project plans effectively Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and OSHA regulations Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site access is a plus but not mandatory Join us in building excellence!
