Install rebar, metal studs, framing, drywall, and other structural components following schematics and blueprints. Support concrete-related tasks including mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping concrete for foundations or flooring. Aid in masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and plastering to enhance building aesthetics and durability. Assist with roofing installation, caulking, trim carpentry, flooring installation, and other renovation activities as needed. Operate heavy machinery like forklifts or cranes when certified; perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment. Follow safety protocols diligently; read schematics and blueprints accurately to support precise construction activities. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; eager learners are welcome! Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools is highly advantageous. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing is a plus. Skills in concrete finishing, masonry work (such as bricklaying or stucco), roofing, drywall installation, or flooring are desirable.
