The ideal candidate will assist construction teams in various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time for 30 hours of the 40 hour work week, and will assist with the upkeep and repair of multiple properties for the remaining 10 hours of the 40 hour work week.

• Special consideration and a potentially higher salary will be offered to candidates who have a CDL Class A license. ## Duties
• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials
• Operate hand and power tools
• Operate machinery
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
• Clean construction equipment for end of day
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
• Property maintenance such as mowing, weeding, maintaining gravel drives, building repairs, and self-storage unit clean outs ## Requirements
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods of time
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines on the job site
