Construction Manager

We have a current need for a Construction Manager on-site in Iowa (M-F); we are open to candidates in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Northern MI, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor construction activities Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Provide technical guidance and leadership Support project documentation and reporting

Requirements:
