Construction Manager - Architect Engineer (CM-SA/E)

Qualifications:

Looking for a Construction Management professional with a working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, budgeting and scheduling for support as Owner's Rep on government medical center projects. Must be a licensed professional (PE or RA) and hold a BS from an accredited school of higher education. Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in both design and construction with a focus on medical facilities, with the skillset and competency to supervise and manage personnel of diverse skillsets. Position will be site based, 40-hrs/week maximum, working directly with Medical Center CM staff to oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

Opportunity in multiple locations:

Kansas City, Columbia, St. Louis and Topeka (Kansas). Must be able to carry 20 lbs. for a distance of 50 feet and be able to perform simply grasping, pushing, pulling and fine hand manipulation. Must have legal status to work in the US. If not a US citizen or Permanent Resident, GCC will not sponsor or transfer work visas.

$120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
