Construction Operations Coordinator Location Savage, MN 55378 Date Posted May 15, 2026 Job ID 14613 Employment Type Contract To Hire Pay rate $35/hour Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Construction Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client, a growing construction and operations-focused organization based in Savage, Minnesota. This is an exciting full time, contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits. Position Overview The Construction Operations Coordinator will provide operational, project coordination, compliance, and financial tracking support across active construction projects and internal systems. The role will assist with project setup and maintenance, subcontractor documentation, budgeting support, project administration, and cross-functional coordination during an urgent staffing transition. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and maintenance of projects across Procore, Sage 300 CRE, HubSpot, and internal systems Track job costs, budgets, project documentation, and financial records Maintain subcontractor compliance, insurance certificates, and related documentation Support project handoffs, operational coordination, and workflow organization Assist with construction project administration and operational support tasks across departments Maintain organized project files, records, and reporting documentation Coordinate with internal teams to support project timelines and operational continuity Assist with general operational support and special projects during staffing transition periods Qualifications Experience in construction coordination, project accounting, operations support, compliance coordination, or related administrative/project support functions required Familiarity with construction industry workflows and project operations strongly preferred Experience using Procore, Sage 300 CRE, HubSpot, or similar systems preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to changing operational needs Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and operational workflows Compensation This rewarding opportunity offers a pay rate of $33-$36/hour depending on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package!
