We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Painter/Paint Prep professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint across various construction projects, mostly new construction residential and occasional renovation sites. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality finishes, durable coatings, and a polished final product that meets project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in construction painting, and contribute to transforming spaces into functional works of art. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, caulking and filling, sanding, masking trim, applying floor paper, etc. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, rollers, or specialty tools to achieve smooth, even coverage. Use construction estimating skills to assess material needs and ensure efficient use of resources on-site. Requirements Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and scaffolding setup is a plus but not required, will train Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination; ability to perform precise surface preparation and finishing work. Physical stamina to stand, kneel, climb ladders/scaffolding for extended periods; capable of lifting heavy materials safely. Join us in creating exceptional spaces through expert craftsmanship!
