Construction Project Administrator Position:
The Construction Project Administrator works with members of the Construction team (Project Managers, Estimators, Designers, etc) to facilitate all administrative duties for projects. Additionally, this role works directly with the Clients and Vendors to ensure the necessary items have been selected and ordered. The Construction Project Administrator must have strong organizational skills and a desire to support the entire Michael F. Simon Builders team. Construction Project Administrator Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the Office Administrator, answering phone calls, checking the mail, and ensuring the office is a welcoming environment. Assist with writing and issuing Purchase Orders, Change Orders and options to consider for our projects Assist the Estimator with bids File maintenance of projects and vendors File for and track building permits Project Scheduling and Coordination And other duties as assigned
Construction Project Administrator Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Punctuality Excellent customer service skills Student mentality Problem solver Needs to have experience with: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Construction or other online scheduling programs (UDA Construction Online or similar program like CoConstruct, BuilderTrend or Procore) Applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check prior to beginning employment.
Construction Project Administrator Pay:
$25-35/hour, depending on skillset and experience
Construction Project Administrator Hours:
Full time position. 40 hours a week. 8am - 5pm. Monday - Friday. No weekends.
