This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Oversee project coordination activities, including site inspections and progress meetings. Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications. Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions as needed. Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in project scheduling and coordination techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively. Familiarity with construction management software tools is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
