Construction Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases align with project goals and specifications Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software to monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain budget control and contractual compliance Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or Civil 3D for documentation, tracking progress, and reporting Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide on-site work and verify compliance with design specifications Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety regulations Skills Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Review project estimates, contracts, drawings, and specifications. Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, and cost controls. Manage project change orders and scope adjustments. Conduct project kickoff meetings with field teams.
