job summary: A well known, highly respected construction firm is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire role in the Beverly, MA area. BEVERLY, Massachusetts job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 180,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, keeping projects on schedule, on budgets and running smoothly from start to finish Work closely with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain communication and keep everyone aligned throughout the project Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, billing approvals and overall job profitability Handle contracts, subcontracts, permitting, insurance requirements, purchase orders and day to day project documentation Handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and maintaining attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred Bring 5+ years of commercial, ground up construction management experience along with proven leadership skills and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam and MS Office qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
