Job Description The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will: Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have: Experience managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
