- Full-time Job Overview Resto Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee insurance claim restoration projects throughout North Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential and commercial insurance restoration projects ranging from small repairs to large-loss claims Conduct detailed property inspections to assess damage, determine project scope, and develop restoration plans Prepare accurate estimates, supplements, and job documentation using Xactimate and CoreLogic Coordinate all phases of project management including scheduling, subcontractors, material procurement, budgeting, and deadlines Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and third-party administrators (TPAs) Maintain strong working relationships with TPA programs and ensure compliance with service level agreements, reporting standards, and program guidelines Handle emergency response assignments as part of an on-call rotation schedule, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours emergency losses Respond promptly to emergency mitigation calls and oversee urgent job setups when scheduled for on-call duty Monitor project progress, job costs, and profitability while providing regular updates to upper management Ensure all projects meet company quality standards, safety regulations, and customer satisfaction expectationsQualifications:
Proven experience managing restoration, construction, or insurance claim projects Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, restoration workflows, and property damage assessments Hands-on experience working with TPAs and insurance carrier programs Proficiency in Xactimate and CoreLogic software Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout North Jersey as required Availability to participate in a rotating on-call emergency response schedulePreferred Experience:
Water, fire, mold, storm experience Emergency mitigation and reconstruction project management Sales and customer service experience within restoration or insurance industries IICRC certifications or related industry credentials (preferred but not required)Compensation & Benefits:
