We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who shares these values and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading architectural millwork and casework projects from contract award through final closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinates closely with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple architectural millwork and casework projects from contract execution through closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, designers, and internal departments. Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are met. Coordinate material procurement, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change order processes. Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Monitor project budgets, track costs, manage change orders, and document scope adjustments. Conduct job site visits as needed to verify progress, quality, and compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, certifications, billing, and closeout materials. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate potential impacts to schedule, scope, or budget. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, casework, or a related construction field. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, fabrication processes, and installation methods. Proficiency with project management and design software, including Microsoft Office; experience with Microvellum and AutoCAD preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with fabrication workflows and shop floor coordination. Experience using INNERGY for project management (a plus). Knowledge of the cabinet-making industry or general contracting experience. Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Pay:
$71,389.88 - $85,974.90 per year
