Monday-Friday (minimal weekend work) Northwest Builders is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects while playing a key role in the success of our operations. As a Project Manager at Northwest Builders, your work matters, your decisions have impact, and your growth isn't limited. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion Prepare estimates, budgets, and project schedules Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations Track project progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and budgets Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients Maintain project documentation (contracts, permits, change orders, etc.) Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status Assist with field operations, including supporting crews and foremen Serve as acting superintendent on smaller projects; support or lead on-site efforts for larger jobs Qualifications Experience in construction project management or a related role preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant education will be considered) Understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles Experience with estimating and budgeting processes Familiarity with construction software (Procore, RedTeam, AutoDesk, ProEst, Microsoft Project, or similar) Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Additional Information This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
