Construction Site Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor adherence to blueprints, schematics, and construction plans; interpret technical drawings accurately. Manage site safety programs in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety inspections and enforce protocols. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring construction work meets specified standards and contractual requirements. Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend to develop schedules, track progress, and update project timelines. Review contracts, change orders, and project budgets; assist in construction estimating and cost management efforts on Buildertrend. Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in the construction industry, heavy civil or commercial projects. Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend, ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Primavera. Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the use of safety equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Supervising experience with a track record of managing teams effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Knowledge of contracts management and experience working with construction documents and specifications. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
