IMMEDIATE

openings for experienced construction superintendents. Our company is expanding its work load and presently requires individuals to join our team and perform supervisory duties including: schedule management, budget management, materials delivery, coordination, and supervision of "in-house" labor and subcontractors. Good construction knowledge in a variety of projects ranging from commercial build-outs, residential ground up new construction, room additions, "high end" and typical remodeling projects is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Blueprint comprehension and Material Take Off
• Construction Management Software Experience (Procore Preferred)
• Budget Management
• "In-house" staff and sub-contractor management
• Material management and delivery
• Inspections, schedule management, and documentation management
• Coordination with other supervisory staff regarding project budgets, scheduling, staffing and other project objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years in the Florida residential and/or commercial construction industry with a minimum of 2 years of project management experience in Florida.

• Excellent communication skills for customer relations and vendor coordination.
